The Santa Monica Mountains are beautiful. It was a 4.25 mile round trip trek. Lots of foliage…friendly people along the way and 1/2 a dozen small streams to cross. The return trip offers a glorious view of the Pacific Coastline. Couldn’t have asked for a better New Year’s Day out.
Could've easily done without the ultraclumsyheadoverheelstwoleftfeetassoverbackwardsfaceplant.... however.
Mama's gonna be sore tommorrow.
