It's hot and I'm having a hard time cooking hot things.

Whole Wheat Pasta Salad w/ Parmasean & Garlic drenched Lima Beans and Asparagus
Caprese Salad
Veggies w/ Dip...I blend together store bought dip...some cream cheese...a splash of olive oil and fresh rosemary


Are we nuts over here or does anyone else eat radishes by the bunch?

I love radishes but no one else in my family will eat them. That salad looks yummy. Can you share the recipe?

Pasta Salad:

Sautee aspargus in olive oil and garlic for 5 minutes. Add a can of drained lima beans. Sautee a few more minutes. Toss over cooled whole wheat pasta. Add a handful of parmasean and salt & pepper to taste.

Caprese Salad:

Fresh mozarella cubed. Diced roma tomatoes. Chopped basil. A splash of live oil...salt & pepper to taste. Toss and serve.

I love radishes!! I also love beets and my family tells me they taste like dirt!

We love beets too. Open a few cans...microwave...salt and pepper....and that's a snack!
