Homemade Hummus and Seasoned Baked Pita Chips

I might have died and gone to heaven.

With all seriousness...I do not think I will EVER buy hummus again. So easy to make. So fresh. So cheap. So healthy. So delicious.

Now, to buy some eggplants so that I can make some Hummus & Eggplant sandwiches!

Looks great! For some reason, I still bought hummus at Trader Joes today though...just cuz I am too lazy to make it homemade I guess!

ok, I know you hate this question, but I need a recipe. :)
Stretch yourself really hard and give me something close to one. (no dashes of this or handfuls of that or until it tastes right)

:P

Or I can just buy yours instead of TJ/Costco

HA!

One can of drained garbanzo beans.
1/4 cup of olive oil.
salt, pepper
splash of chicken stock
juice of 1 small lemon

Blend in food processor. Add olive oil until creamy.

Once I added red pepper flakes for spice and it came out really good.

Buy plain ole pita bread. Slice into chips.

Drizzle w/ olive oil. Sprinkle with Salt and rosemary. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or so :)

I forgot the garlic. Start w/one clove and then add more to taste.

as far as the chips go...slice fresh pita into triangles. Drizzle w/olive oil. Sprinkle w/salt and fresh rosemary. Bake @375 for 12 minutes or so.
