I love salad. I love salad. I love salad. I don't want pizza. I don't want pasta. I don't want a freshly baked warm loaf of bread with an entire circle of Brie or a dozen asiago cheese bagels smeared with cream cheese. I love salad.

Well...after three classes a week for about 6 weeks...and a tiny bit of cardio....I've dropped 5% of my body fat. I'm now at 19%....or 81% lean....as I like to think of it. This is what goes through my mind when I see the gals who look like Kellie Ripa (who's adorable by the way) sweating on the elipticals....

....go for the 80% lean chop meat at the grocery store rather than the 95% lean because it's cheaper....still healthy, and it tastes better.

Yesterday I ran my first mile since the early 1990's. I ran the whole thing. I could not do that 6 weeks ago. I am patting myself on the back with my left hand and typing with my right one.

Good for you girl! I envy you for going to gym...for now what I have is walking cirlces in my backyard, but better than nothing right? I am proud of you and I am sure you feel great! Ok now for that brie and bread! hee hee

Alright Dawn! That is amazing and you should be proud. Good things are worth working for. You're taking care of His temple. I love salads too but I think it's the egg or meat that I love the most!

I hate your salads!!! Who is going to eat the other half of my french bread loaf???? It makes me really think twice before eating my Chubby Hubby!
