Chana Masala & Chicken Curry

One thing I miss terribly about LA is the fantastic Indian Cuisine.

Rather than complain and be all melancholy about our lack of it...I started making it.

Chana Masala & Chicken Curry. It's a hot mess...exactly how it's supposed to be.

Trader Joes has a great Naan and Mango Ginger Chutney.

Arti is one inspiring gal! And, as far as I can tell....I believe she's a believer :)
