Roasted Veggies

olive oil
sea salt
fresh cracked pepper
a dash of oregano

Half an hour at 425 degrees.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Perfect all on it's own. Over salad. On sandwhiches.... (w/ hummus.)
So healthy and so yummy.
