How disappointing it would be if we only wanted God to be who we created Him to be in our lives. That makes Him into an idol to feel good about ourselves... certainly not our Creator.
These birds caught my eye as I was passing by the prayer garden.
How can it be that the Lord has given me such a lovely like-minded friend who finishes my sentences and understands my silent thoughts?
I do not deserve you....but I'll take the gift anyway :)
