Well, it's official. Not only has Mcabe inherited my intelligence and good looks...but a funky brain as well. One that hangs over his spinal cord a few more millimeters than it should. He's got a lifelong condition like his dear old mom which means coming up with long term pain management strategies..... and I mean this with all of my heart.... after spending 5 hours down at Phoenix Children's Hospital...the Lord is so good to us.

I want to know more? What do you mean? Wow!
Sorry McAbe....but at least it isn't something more serious. And at least now you know why you have headaches. We love you...
Glad he has a mom that can guide him through the struggles and SO HAPPY it is nothing more!!!!! You're braver than I, Mcabe!!!!!! I hate those machines!
Wow! Our prayers are with you!!!! I'm so glad God gave him someone who will understand later in life!!!
Love,
the Green's
There was a precious boy..a year or two younger than Mcabe...in a wheelchair. He was very pale...weak...and cold. The nurse brought him a warm blanket and his parents were there along with his younger brother...showing love and giving support. They were the splitting image of us or any family we know. I can't get this boy out of my mind and he has been in my prayers. Thank you for all the love sent Mcabe's way.
